Terms of Service

These terms apply to personal-vehicle mobile detailing, interior and exterior care, ceramic coating and paint correction provided by Auto Pure Mobile Detailing LLC in Houston, Texas and surrounding service areas. Please review them with your selected service details and the policies presented during Square booking. Separate written fleet or commercial agreements govern those services where they address the same subject.
1. Bookings & service scope
Appointments can be requested through our Square booking page or by contacting Auto Pure. Your confirmation identifies the scheduled service and appointment details. Provide accurate contact information, vehicle year, make and model, service address and access instructions. You must own the vehicle or have authority to approve the work. Quotes and appointment durations depend on vehicle size, condition and the agreed scope; an inquiry alone does not reserve an appointment.
2. Pricing, deposits & payments
A deposit is collected at booking, with the remaining balance payable after service. The deposit amount and any conditions affecting it are those disclosed for your appointment during booking. Online card transactions are processed through Square. Listed starting prices are estimates where marked as such. Heavy soil, excessive clutter, pet hair, staining, oversized vehicles or additional work may affect the price. We will discuss changes to the quoted scope and price before performing additional chargeable work. Applicable taxes and charges will be disclosed with your transaction.
3. Cancellations, rescheduling & no-shows
The cancellation, rescheduling, no-show and deposit policies displayed during your Square booking apply to that appointment. Review those policies before confirming; this page does not create a separate cancellation fee or deadline. Contact us as soon as you need to change your appointment. A requested change is not confirmed until acknowledged by Auto Pure or confirmed through the booking system. If you cannot locate the policy for your appointment, call us before booking or making a change.
4. Weather, location & access
Mobile service requires a safe, accessible and permitted work area. Obtain any property-owner, workplace or apartment permission needed and tell us about restricted parking or access. Heavy rain, flooding, extreme heat or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling. We will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative. Service times are estimates and may change with weather, access, vehicle condition or the work required. Let us know promptly if the vehicle or agreed location will not be available.
5. Vehicle condition & personal belongings
Before service, disclose known damage, loose trim, failing clear coat, repainting, aftermarket finishes, sensitive materials, electrical problems, leaks and any hazardous contamination. Remove valuables and personal belongings and identify anything that must not be cleaned or moved. We may recommend a different scope or decline unsafe work. Detailing is not a repair service: permanent stains, deep scratches, etching, odors, worn materials and pre-existing damage may not be fully removable.
6. Paint correction & ceramic coatings
Paint correction and coating recommendations depend on an assessment of the finish. Correction aims to improve gloss and reduce suitable surface defects, not guarantee removal of every scratch. Ceramic coatings are not scratch-proof and do not prevent all chips, water spots or environmental damage. Durability depends on preparation, use, storage, washing and aftercare. Follow the curing and maintenance instructions provided for your service. Any express product or service warranty must be stated separately in writing; this page does not promise a particular protection period or result.
7. Satisfaction, corrections & refunds
Please review the vehicle at handoff and contact us promptly about concerns. As stated in our service FAQ, re-clean requests must be arranged within 24 hours of the original appointment. We first review the concern and offer an appropriate correction before considering a refund. Refund requests are assessed individually based on the agreed scope, work performed and any correction offered; a refund is not automatic. Deposit refunds follow the policies disclosed for your booking. These procedures do not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Damage concerns & responsibility
Auto Pure will use reasonable care in providing the agreed service. Tell us promptly about suspected service-related damage and provide relevant details or photographs so we can investigate. Pre-existing defects and deterioration may become more visible after cleaning and are not necessarily caused by the service. Responsibility for a claim depends on its facts and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, waives statutory consumer protections or makes customers responsible for damage caused by our negligence.
9. Communications, privacy & updates
We use the contact details you provide to discuss your inquiry, confirm appointments and communicate service updates. Our Privacy Policy explains handling of customer information. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date and apply prospectively; changes do not retroactively alter an already confirmed booking. Texas law governs these terms, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve questions or concerns directly.
